New site features for speedroping.com

New Site Features (6/27/2010)
While I am always uploading new training videos to my web site, I am also hard at work adding new features and functions to make the site better for everyone. Here are the latest additions:
  • Redesigned home page with easy access to answers to our most frequently asked questions.
  • Detailed information on the referral race, your way to get free hands on training with me!
  • Site comments feature added so that you can give your feedback on my site for the world to see. Just click on the link on the left navigation.
  • You can now easily edit your speedroping.com profile using the "Edit Profile" link on the top navigation whenever you are logged in.
Stay tuned for more site updates coming soon!

What is speedroping.com all about?
Upon realizing that I couldn’t possibly schedule all the schools I had requests for, I started thinking about how I could reach and help more people with their roping. As a professional roper, my video camera is used on a daily basis as a training tool and it occurred to me that I could help people using video to teach and demonstrate.

What makes this site so special?
As an 8 time World Champion I have had to learn many things the hard way. That not only takes a lot of time, but it can really end up costing a lot of money, too. I have created this site to make it easy for other ropers to learn from my experiences. I take great pride in the fact that this site is the first of its kind and I am adding new content every week. This incredible library will only continue to grow and gain new features all of the time.

On top of this, the subscription fees are an incredible bargain. Access to all of this great content for only $50 a month or $300 a year, you just cannot beat that value!

You don't have to look any further than the column on your right to get a feel for just how many of your competitors are taking advantage of this site already! Do you want to be left behind?

How Does It Work?
The process could not be easier! Just follow these easy steps:
  1. Become a member of the site for free! Just by becoming a member you get access to all of the free videos on my site.

  2. Decide why you are here. If you are here just to browse around and watch some of my runs, the free membership will be great for you. If you are looking to get trained and to become the best roper you can be you will want to become a paid subscriber. I offer two subscription models to make it convenient and affordable for everyone. The first is a yearly subscription that is the best overall value at only $300 a year. If that is a bit much for you to invest all at once you can choose the monthly subscription at $50 a month. Both models give you full access to all of the training materials on speedroping.com.

  3. Start watching the videos and improving your roping! New videos are posted every week so you will never run out of learning material.

Where can I watch? What systems are supported?
You can watch these training materials from any PC or Mac that supports Flash from anywhere you have an internet connection. This means you have access to this incredible training content from virtually any place at any time.

Please keep in mind that due to disputes between Apple and Adobe the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad do not support playing Flash movies and it is unclear when that will change. This is a limitation of those devices and NOT of speedroping.com.

Want a shot at free hands on training?
The person with the most referrals in a month will win a "Day School" at my house, or you can choose to have me review and provide feedback on up to 20 videos from your practice, jackpots, or rodeos runs. In addition I will lay out a program to work on your weaknesses so you have a better chance of winning. The counter resets every month giving you a new chance to win! That is a $1000.00 Value!

The person with the highest count of referrals at the end of the year will win their choice of either 2 days at their house with up to 10 friends or 5 days at my house with a partner of their choice. The counter resets every year giving you a new chance to win! That is a $5000.00 Value!

So how do you get credit for referrals? Follow these easy steps:
  1. Get Friends, Family and anyone you can to sign up as a paid subscriber at speedroping.com It doesn't matter if your a member or subscriber but your referral MUST become a paid subscriber!

  2. Locate your member ID# when you log into speedroping.com, its at the top of the home page, after the "Hello" and your name once you are logged in (it can also be seen on the "Edit Profile" screen)! Give this number to anyone you have refer and have them enter it when they sign up to become a subscriber.

  3. As your Friends and Family sign up, your entered! All you have to do is tell people about speedoping.com. This is my way of thanking everyone for their great support!

    Your Done!
    Its that easy!

Speed Answers a question From Sherry Rogers

"I'm a female heeler and not as strong as men. Do you recommend a rope that is light enough for me, but also has body and allows me to feel the tip?"
